20 Gratitude Journal Prompts
It is so important to have gratitude in life because if we are not thankful than we can easily forget all the good in our lives. Stepping back into gratitude allows us to recognize the things, the people, and the moments that bring us joy, connect us back to peace, keep us moving towards our goals and helps us to honour our past.
Here are some journal prompts that can help you connect back to gratitude and all the beautiful things in your life that have allowed you to become who you are today!
