Adventure Always Helps
Do you ever get the feeling of being stuck? Your day-to-day routine has slowly taken over your life and you are unsure how to break free?
The one thing that always seems to help bring more creativity into my life, gives me the feeling of freedom, and breaks up the mundane of those everyday tasks and to do lists is ADVENTURE!
Whether it’s a week long road-trip, a weekend getaway, or even an afternoon hike on new trails I get the feeling of cleansing myself from the chaos, frustrations or ‘bitterness’ of life and a rejuvenating, uplifting, inspiring feeling sets in.
There is something about adventuring that reawakens my soul, allows me to see more clearly, and sets me back on track towards pursuing my greatest dreams and desires.
This is my wake up call for YOU. That’s right I’m pointing at you.
Go on an adventure. Allow yourself to be reawakened and realigned towards your soul purpose. Soak in all of the healing energies that nature has to share, let your mind run free without limitations, and just enjoy the moment, the people you are surrounded by and the experience you are gaining. This is just a small step in helping you to balance mind, body & spirit.
Don’t let your to do list get in the way. Don’t schedule your adventure in next’s months calendar. Go now. Today, or this weekend. As soon as you can, get out of your house, leave your town and find somewhere new to explore. When you get home, before you pick up your to do list, before you go back into work, plan your next adventure. In doing so, you are creating the time for you and you are making yourself and adventuring a priority. Self-care doesn’t have to only be eating right, taking a bath or reading a book; Adventuring will help you in the pursuit of mindfulness, balance, self-growth, and self-healing.
