Who is this meditation for
You are created from unconditional love, but years of doubt and insecurities are keeping you blocked from your true self.
You desire to be a wealthy, healthy, peaceful, loved, authentic version of you. It's only going to happen when you start to acknowledge that you already are that version.
You know you deserve better than what you’ve been treating yourself as and as much as you want to shift your outlook on who you are you seem to struggle in taking the necessary step.
The first realization you need to have when shifting your mindset from self-doubt to self-love is knowing that the self-doubt was never created within you. You are carrying a perception of yourself based on what someone else taught you.
I work with people pleasers and empaths because in my own experience of healing I was able to recognize how my self-doubt was actually rooted in my fear of judgment. People pleasers are taught from a young age to receive approval from the outside world. This belief system creates habitual patterns of putting everyone else’s needs before your own, and needing validation from others.
When you are focused on receiving only external validation you become inherently insecure and you walk around trying to please everyone else because you don’t have the self-esteem to focus on yourself. As people pleasers we believe that focusing on ourselves is selfish, which in fact it’s necessary. When we learn to validate ourselves and carry positive self-esteem we live happier lives and can more easily carry compassion for the world around us.
When to use this meditation
It’s time to start using this meditation when you know you want to work on your perception of yourself and it’s important for you to start bringing more compassion into the way you treat yourself.
When you listen to this guided meditation once a day for at least 30 days you will start to transform the energy you carry which will lead you to an empowering life.
How this meditation will help you
The Law of Attraction states that the energy you carry and embody is the energy you attract into your life. The more you carry self-doubt and insecurities about who you are as a person, the more this same low vibrational energy will be attracted into your life. You will not feel loved in any relationship you have because you are unwilling to love yourself. You will always feel judged by other people because you will be judging yourself constantly.
When you embody self-love you are able to trust the decisions you make, you are able to empower yourself to live authentically you, and you are able to receive blessings, abundance, love and more because you know you are worthy.
It’s important to do the inner work involved in shifting your self-perception in order to heal the emotional wounds you carry around feeling unworthy.
