How To Bring Harmony Into Your Energetic & Emotional Healing
A life lesson is not good enough on its own, it’s what you choose to do with the information in the process of turning it into wisdom that matters.
I am a spirit, journeying through this human experience and I’ve come to terms with my human conditioning and how it tries to mask my true nature as a soul. I’ve walked the road less travelled with determination and perseverance all in the name of discovering myself, who I am and who I came here to be.
In my healing journey I have moved through many different phases and iterations of who I thought I was and who I could see myself becoming. What I’ve learned is that my perception of self, life, and the Universe is constantly shifting as I gain new information, live more experiences, and continue to awaken to my consciousness.
As empaths, light-beings and sensitive souls, we are walking the earth with one true desire, to awaken the light and love of those around us. Take a moment right now, with a deep breath, and feel the channel of energy flowing through you. There is a desire to be light in a world filled with immense darkness. There is a calling within you asking to be the ripple effect of love in a world filled with pain. You are a healer, and your journey requires a continued commitment to healing yourself.
Recently I’ve shifted into a new phase of my own spiritual journey and I can see myself walking away from a past version of myself. I sit down and inquire within, “what does this mean for me?”, “how am I being asked to shift forward?”, “where am I heading?”. The questions of my false self desiring to gain certainty and security in the unknown. There are no answers to these questions, at least there won’t be until I’ve lived through the experiences of this cycle.
The questions that matter, the questions that will guide me forwards with harmony are the ones calling from my soul. When I go deeper, past the fear of the unknown, I can hear more clearly, “where do you want me to share my light?”, “who do you want me to inspire, support and guide?”, “what do you want me to focus on?”. My soul led questions are not about how I will be impacted by life, instead they are asking the Universe how I can leave an impact on the world around me.

How can I bring harmony into healing?
Healing oneself is a hard and difficult path to walk down, but beyond rewarding. For the last 5 years I have been deep in my own healing, doing the inner work, discovering the conditioning and programming I’ve carried for decades.
I am a recovering people pleaser. A lot of my life journey before my spiritual awakening, I was focused on everyone else’s experience. I rarely, if ever, put myself first.
Once I embarked on healing my unhealthy patterns built on fear of judgment I was able to focus on my needs. My people pleasing ways required me to seek validation and acceptance from those around me. Whereas my healing journey taught me how to find acceptance and validation internally. I needed to focus on myself, I needed to be selfish, I needed to forget about everyone else for a while.
Now I can see my soul begging to step out of my hermit sanctuary. I want to have those lived experiences with people I love. I want to be amongst the world and share my light with those around me. I feel more ready than ever before to shine brightly, creating a ripple effect everywhere I walk.
The difference is that I know my healing is not complete. Instead, I am moving through the cycle of bringing harmony into my healing journey by living through the integration and embodiment phases.
There is a reason why we seem to see the same life lessons over and over again. The Universe is showing us these recurring lessons to make sure we gain the information, we apply the knowledge, and we turn it into lived soul wisdom.
You cannot learn a life lesson without the application process. The next time the pattern shows up, will you choose to apply what you’ve learned? This is the key factor to bringing harmony into healing.
For a moment there I got caught up in the excitement of changes and living a busy life that I fell into auto-pilot. I’ve spent 5 years strengthening my soul connection and being guided by the Universe/Source/Creator/Spirit, and for the last few weeks I shifted into my humanness leaving my connection behind in the dust of living.
I forgot the harmony in healing.
The point to everything I’ve moved through over the last 5 years is to move through this human experience, building connections with those around me, and letting myself be guided by a deep soul purpose. I can continue to learn, heal, and evolve, while embracing the very human side of me.
I went from people pleasing, being fully in the conditioned human, to spiritual healing, being fully in my soul connection, to now learning how to bring harmony between my elevated human and my connected soul.
There are three things I’ve learned in the process of living this spiritual journey and choosing to focus on your healing.
HOW TO Bring Harmony Into Healing
1 - Slow down and listen to your body.
Embodiment is the process of being in your body and allowing yourself to feel into the energy you are carrying. It’s so easy to live from your mind, allowing the process of your thoughts to guide you through life. Your body wasn’t built for your soul to speak through your mind. You can feel or hear the voice of your soul in your body and the way the energy flows through you, not in what your thoughts say.
Some moments your soul will tell you rest is necessary, other moments you’ll feel the inspiration to take action and make forward movement. There are times where you may feel called to hermit yourself, escaping from the energy of the world around you, in order to master your own energy. Then you’ll have times of knowing you need to step out and be in social interaction with others.
Each phase of the journey is important for your healing and evolution. Listening to your body is how you can tell which phase you are entering.
2 - You have to step out of your comfort zone.
Fear is keeping you in a small box, trying to convince you this is the only place where safety remains. This is untrue and your healing journey is about learning that what feels unsafe may actually only really be uncomfortable. Your safety is not the same as what’s comfortable.
Healing requires you to dig deeper within yourself, uncovering what’s been hiding in the shadows in order to break away from the limiting patterns keeping you small. It’s extremely uncomfortable to look within and see the darkness for what it is. But this is where your growth remains, and you begin to see what’s possible beyond the limits of your fear.
You are capable of 40% more than what your mind tries to convince you is not possible. There is so much more to life outside your comfort zone.
3 - Put your life lessons into practice.
The healing is important, but so is the living. Go out into the world, creating different experiences for yourself, and be witness to how you see life from a new perspective. You’ve learned the lessons, now you get to integrate this knowledge into who you are, how you live, and where you go.
A life lesson is nothing if it’s not applied. The more the Universe shows you situations that point back to the life lesson, it’s an opportunity for you to see if you can bring harmony into your healing. Some days might be more challenging than others, and it can feel tiring to see the same situation popping up, asking you to integrate what you’ve learned. Yet over time, you expand into a better version of yourself, and that is something to celebrate.
A healing journey is about making a choice to grow because you know you are here to evolve your soul in this lifetime. The healing aspects of your life don’t need to be filled with emotional breakdowns, overwhelming anxiety, and trying to push past the fear. Of course this is part of the journey, but it’s important for you to remember that healing is also about living.
