Manifesting is the process of connecting to your dreams & desires, believing they have already come true, and trusting in your path as those manifestations unfold.

Manifesting is a powerful energetic exchange between yourself and the Universe. It is bringing your visions (what you cannot physically see or feel in this world) into something more tangible in this physical reality. 

Meditating is the process of being aware of your thoughts and controlling them by choosing what you are willing to listen to. Meditating is a powerful energetic exchange between your inner spirit and your mind. It is bringing your thoughts into a supportive and calm state. 

As a Spiritual Mentor, Psychic and Intuitive Guide I speak a lot on different personal development and spiritual growth practices. As much as I LOVE guiding and supporting others, I am first and foremost working on creating a life that I enjoy living as I grow, learn and heal. Using these two practices (manifesting & meditating) I am able to support myself in creating more love, confidence, and inspiration in my life. 

The main goal in any spiritual growth journey is to work towards becoming a better version of yourself as you heal, learn and grow. Along this journey, you also shift into the role of co-creator of your life, taking inspired action to create your dreams. 

How are you able to take that inspired action if you are unmotivated? Stuck in a challenge? Surrounded by obstacles? Filled with frustration? Exhausted?

We aren’t ALWAYS happy-go-lucky, filled with positivity and completely trusting our path. Sometimes we fall into second-guessing which step to take. We find ourselves doubting our ability. We can even wake up filled with fear of failure, judgment or rejection. 

If you are experiencing these types of difficulties in life I want you to remember that you are not alone. I am going to share a tool that you can use anytime you are experiencing worry, doubt, stress, or fear. It will help you find that inspiration once again, feel refreshed and ready to take action in a way that feels good for you!

I have channeled a guided meditation for you to use to manifest your dreams into reality.

The point to this meditation is to connect your mind and inner spirit to the energy behind all that you desire. 

When you doubt in your abilities, second-guess your choices, and are stressed your mind becomes flustered and filled with judgment. This heavy, harsh energy only pushes your dreams & desires further away. It also leaves you feeling drained, exhausted and completely unmotivated. Your mind begins to fear that your desires will never come true, which once again fills you with doubt and worry. It’s a vicious cycle and you need to be willing to do something differently to break free!

MANIFESTING MEDITATION

Get into a comfortable position and turn off all distractions. If you have a candle or incense then feel free to light them in order to create a sacred space for yourself. 

MEDITATION BEGINS HERE

When you are ready take a deep breath in through your nose. 

As you exhale move your shoulders around, relax your jaw, turn your head from side to side. 

Take another deep inhale filling your belly completely. 

Release the breath. 

As you breathe in again feel yourself connected to Mother Earth. Whether you are sitting on something cross legged, or your feet are touching the ground. You are grounded in this space. 

As you breathe out, feel all of the heaviness, the emotions, the stress, and the harsh energy leave your body and move down into Mother Earth.

Continue to breathe deeply. 

Mother Earth helps you release this heavy, harsh, stagnant energy from within your being. 

She cleanses this energy, recycling it and sending fresh, light energy back up into your being. 

As you take another deep breath in you feel that light filling you up. 

As you release the breath you feel the heaviness leaving your body. 

Breathe in white light. 

Breathe out heaviness. 

Take 3 more deep inhales and exhales feeling and noticing that shift in energy within you. 

Place one hand on your heart and the other on your belly. 

As you continue to breathe deeply, you connect to the feeling within you as you read these phrases. Imagine someone saying these sentences to you. Imagine yourself saying them to someone else. Imagine yourself saying them to yourself. Feel these words fill you up with white light. 

You are strong. 

You are a beautiful being, inside and out. 

You are humble. 

You are gracious. 

You are wise in many ways. 

You are kind. 

You are compassionate. 

You have so much love inside of you. 

Take 2 deep inhales and exhales. 

Close your eyes and think specifically of one of your dreams. Notice how you feel as the scene plays out before you. 

Open your eyes. 

Breath deeply and say these words to yourself. 

I am capable of creating all that I desire. 

I trust the right steps will be presented to me at the right time. 

I have the strength and power to take action on each step as it unfolds before me. 

I know I am creating greatness for myself and for so many others. 

I have the power to courageously shift forward in my life. 

I am the co-creator of my life. 

I am creating this life. 

This is my life. 

Take a deep breath in and notice how your body feels. 

As you breathe out, release love, light, and strength out into the world around you. 

Take a deep breath in and send love, light and strength to yourself. 

As you breathe out, send love, light and strength to all who need it. 

Take a deep breath in and feel your hands. Wiggle your fingers as you exhale. 

Take a deep breath in and feel your feet. Wiggles your toes as you exhale. 

Wrap your arms around your body, giving yourself a big hug. 

MEDITATION ENDS

Now carry that energy with you throughout your day :)
