My Intention for this blog post is to show you how journaling can change your life, whether you have experience or not. This will CHANGE your perspective on journaling and how powerful it can be!


Journaling is the most powerful tool you will ever use on your personal development and spiritual growth journey. You can heal your past trauma, learn about your emotions, manifest your dreams into reality, and create connection with the Universe all through the practice of journaling.


Personal development and spiritual growth is just that - it’s personal. In all my years of working on my own personal growth, combined with my professional work as a Spiritual Mentor, Psychic & Intuitive Guide, I have witnessed how journaling, as a regular practice, can completely change someone’s life. 


Every single mentor, coach, therapist, and guide can tell you how they will help you heal, learn and grow, when ultimately it falls in your hands to create the positive change you desire. My greatest gift as a Spiritual Mentor is to support you through your spiritual awakening; offer you a safe space through your past trauma healing; and guide you with different strategies & practices to better understand yourself & your needs, and how to create the life you desire to live. 


I have worked with every type of personal development junkie.

The person who swears by journaling and uses it to release her daily worries & stresses in order to create a space of calm and lean back into trust.

The person who says journaling is not their thing, they understand how it helps others, yet they just can’t seem to get into it.

The person who is afraid of journaling, because of the uncertainty of who will find her journal and learn all the negative thoughts, worries, stress, doubts and fears she carries.

The person who believes daily gratitude is a waste of time because she is ignoring the current reality and all the difficulties around her.

The person who is open to trying anything at least once. 


There are so many different people in this world, all carrying our own worries, doubts, stresses, anxiety, fears, failures, and challenges. Yet, we all desire peace, joy, fulfillment, success, love, and support. We are so different, and yet we are all very similar.

Our need for being seen & understood is one of the most common needs we experience. 


Journaling has the power to support you through it all! 


It was easy to convince my client who loves journaling, the power of this practice, for she had already witnessed it in her own life. What about the other clients who were skeptical about journaling and how it could possibly help them, or how could they ever enjoy such a practice? 


Today, each of these people have transformed their opinions about the practice of journaling.

Wow! All of this, from the simple act of journaling?! How? You may be wondering. How can journaling actually do this for me? How do I even know where to begin? How can I connect to the positive effects of journaling?


The two clients I shared about earlier, who struggled to see the benefits of journaling for themselves, always felt stuck with this practice because THEY DIDN’T KNOW WHAT TO JOURNAL ABOUT.


This is the biggest problem with journaling and why so many people stop the practice before really experiencing the benefits it has to offer. 


I’ve been journaling for years and I never once wondered “what should I journal about”. For some reason I always knew which questions to ask myself so I could gain the clarity and support I desired. 


Now I have learned that this ability is not something that comes naturally to everyone, and it can be strengthened over time. The first step is allowing journaling to become a regular practice in your self discovery, spiritual growth, and personal development. 


This is where JOURNAL PROMPTS come into play. Journal prompts can be as simple as “write 3 things you are grateful for” or “write 2 dreams and desires for your life” and even “write 3 ways you can be intentional today”.
