In this episode Syd & Ang talk about how grief is a lot more common in our everyday lives than what we think. Much like we experience sadness, happiness, or anger, grief looks very different from person to person, simply for the reason that it’s an emotion. Grief is not just losing someone, it’s losing any(THING) or any(ONE) that was once very close to us, like a job, your fav coworker, or moving away from your best friend.

Labels cannot define you simply for the reason that you are not the label itself, it's only a part of you. Where we get so caught up in labeling is based off of the pressure from society. What you do for work, your hobbies, your friends list, your past, your family, and your environment do not define you, they are all just components of your life.
