The number one reason to connect with the Universe spiritually is to remember that you are never alone.
As a Spiritual Mentor, Author and Intuitive Guide my entire existence is dedicated to connecting with the Universe and understanding how I can create this connection to feel supported throughout my soul path while living out my soul purpose. Every single person I work with has come to the realization at some point in their lives that there is a greater meaning, or purpose, to who they are and this life they are living. Understanding that there is a bigger meaning to life is only the first step to connecting with the Universe.
The Universe is vast and complex and in our small space on this earth we want to know the best time to connect with the Universe, what does it mean to be connected to the Universe and even signs to know we are connected to the Universe. I am going to share 11 reasons to connect with the Universe spiritually that will bring clarity to all of these questions.
First, I want to point out that because the Universe is vast and complex, every single Spiritual Mentor, Healer, Energy Worker, and Intuitive Guide will have their own area of expertise. No one can understand and know everything, because there is always more information to gain, more experiences to be had, and more lessons to learn.
Personally, my area of expertise when it comes to connecting with the Universe spiritually is about bringing awareness to the spirit of Mother Earth, the energy of the animals and the physical representation of Spirit in all that we see on our home here. I love connecting to the energy of the Moon and the Sun as well. Mother Earth carries a healing, nurturing and comforting energy and when you choose to connect with her energy you will feel supported each step of the way on your spiritual journey.

We are cyclical beings, meaning we move through cycles of lessons that encourage us to grow and evolve on our spiritual journey. When we resist the cycle of learning we stay stagnant in one cycle, never evolving and continuously repeating the same challenges. By connecting to the Universe spiritually we open ourselves to the cyclical energy that surrounds us and we understand our own cycles from a higher perspective.

The Spring Equinox carries the energy of the beginning of a new cycle. This Universal Energy amplifies our own energy and if we resist this energy and the lessons that come with it then we end up repeating the cycle we’ve already lived through which perpetuates the idea that our past dictates our future. When we choose to connect with the Universe spiritually through the Spring Equinox energy we prove that energy is limitless and always changing and evolving. Our past does not need to define our future as long as we are willing to learn the lessons and up-level into the next cycle.

Growth occurs over time, through a cycle, and we can see this lesson through Mother Earth’s energy as she evolves through her own cycle. In spring seeds are planted as the soil awakens from a cold winter with the purifying energy of the rain. In the summer the extended days bring more sunlight so the plants can gain more energy to grow. In the fall we are able to harvest the blessings from the summer's growth. In the winter the earth needs to rest and heal from a cycle of growing in order to prepare for the next cycle. This energy is replicated into our own lives, as we can see how we grow as children into adults. We can see when we work on a project it’s not completed in one day because there are a lot of steps to reach completion. Throughout your growth challenges may occur and we need to take the time to overcome these challenges which slows the growth period. When we connect to the Universe spiritually through the growth cycle of Mother Earth we can feel supported each step of the way on our own growth journey.

When you are feeling stuck in a challenge and unable to see the solution, you can connect with the Universe spiritually and ask your Angels and Spirit Guides for clarity. When you are connected to the Spirit of Mother Earth and the Animal Realm you are able to recognize the signs and messages from your Angels in your physical reality. If your Spirit Guides send a Deer on your path, the clarity would be centered around bringing compassion into the situation in order to overcome the challenge.

The energy of the Universe is always reminding you that you aren’t alone. When you slow down and connect to the Universe you can feel the energy of support and community fill you up.

The best time to connect with the Universe is whenever you want clarity, need courage to step forward, desire support & comfort, need to be filled with purpose, feel a shift in your own energy, or you know there is a shift in energy in your environment. Basically anytime is the best time to connect with the Universe. If you are wanting to amplify specific energies within you then there is always a better time to connect with the Universe. For instance if you are ready to create a new beginning for yourself or call in fresh energy, then the Spring Equinox is the best time to connect with the Universe spiritually.

In order to heal your past pain, the Winter Season is the best time to connect with the Universe spiritually. But, this does not mean it’s the ONLY time to heal your past pain. When the Moon Cycle passes through the Full Moon phase and starts to decrease in size through the waning phases the energy that is amplified is reflection, releasing and healing, so you can slow down and take the time to connect with the Universe through the Moon’s energy in order to feel supported as you heal your past pain.

When you are living in survival mode your ego is easily triggered by your external environment. This energy leads you into the worry, doubt, fear and pain of believing you aren’t safe. By connecting with the Universe spiritually you are able to find strength and courage in order to heal your shadows and past trauma. By connecting with the Universe spiritually you are able to alchemize the heavy energy of outdated patterns and unsupportive conditioning from society and generational trauma. By connecting with the Universe spiritually you are able to harmonize your shadow and light and allow abundance to flow into your life. Step by step you heal the parts of you that are clinging to survival mode and you shift your entire state of being into creation mode. This is the power of connecting with the Universe.

To be connected to the Universe means that you recognize that you have access to limitless energy and there is limitless support surrounding you always. Do you need more strength? You can connect to the Universe through the energy of mountains. Do you need more inspiration? You can connect to the Universe through the radiant energy of the sun. Do you need more trust? You can connect to the Universe through the energy of the Eagle. You have access to all of the abundant energy, you simply have to acknowledge the Universe and choose to accept the uplifting energy it’s sharing with you.

When you receive signs and messages that feel uplifting, supportive, encouraging, and you are instantly reminded that you aren’t alone in this spiritual journey you will know that you are connected with the Universe. If an animal pops up on your path and immediately you feel it’s energy filling you up and appreciation flows through your mind and heart, you will know you are connected with the Universe. When a challenge occurs on your path and you remember to ask your Angels and Spirit Guides for assistance and a calmness settles in, you will know you are connected with the Universe.
There are so many more reasons to connect with the Universe spiritually, and they all come back to remembering that you are a limitless being, here for a reason, and in order to bring light, love, and peace into the world around you, you first have to uplift yourself. By connecting to the Universe you will be able to alchemize the heavy energy of fear, worry and doubt within and turn it into peace, joy, and support.
The Universe is made of energy, you are made of energy, and when you choose to connect with the Universe you open the gates to accessing the limitless energy available to you. Do you want more joy? Connect to the Universe. Do you want more love? Connect to the Universe. Do you want more financial blessings? Connect to the Universe.
