Release & Let Go of Negativity!
How did yesterday go?! I know it can be overwhelming as you work towards creating a daily routine that supports you, but I want to remind you to take one small step at a time. Find 1 or 2 practices that you can fit into your day that allows you to connect to peace & joy. Keep yourself accountable in including these practices with the intention of creating a daily life you enjoy!
Now I am so excited to bring you DAY 5 because this is a guided meditation that is going to help you RELEASE & LET GO of any stress you’ve been holding onto. Whether you are new to meditating or not, just follow my voice. If you fall asleep it’s okay because the healing still takes place on an energetic level. Please make sure you are in a comfortable position in order to move through today’s meditation! Are you ready? Cause here we go!!
